They were able to come out the same day that we called. They fixed us up quickly, and saved us a pile of money by advising us on how to pursue a warranty claim for the thermostat, where it was under warranty and would have been quite expensive to replace. We had First Service back to do the yearly maintenance. They were prompt and thorough, ensuring our system was in good working order. First Service is now our go to for any HVAC issues we may have. We would not hesitate to recommend First Service to anyone who is looking for reliable, professional service. We are extremely pleased with the service we received.

In the spring of 2021 we had Kyle from First Service Refrigeration into our home to look at and install an AC unit into our existing furnace duct work. The price was more than reasonable and the work was done professionally and in a timely manner with little disruption to our home.
